Unfortunately, though, WHATEVER happens in Syria cannot be good for Israel.
Do you remember back to the Gulf War in 1991 ? That was a war waged by a coalition force from 34 nations, authorized by the United Nations and led by the United States against Iraq, in response to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. When the coalition's forces entered Kuwait and began to drive the Iraqis back, missiles began to rain down on Israel, which just goes to show the kind of reasoning and mental processes that go on among some in that part of the world.
