How is it decided in Mario kart wii when a player does a single race tie against computer control character in grand prix?

If a player does a single race tie against cpu It is deceided based on who is closer to have 3 star rank on one single race. The maximum time you need to beat is not shown in Mario Kart wii, If you do bonus in that race the maximu time become easier to beat bonus, bonus are hitting cpu with red shell, blue shell, +1 second on maximum time, bomb, green shell, bannana skin, fake item, +2 seconds on maximum time, Penalty falling of the road -10 second on maximum time, fix hazard -3.5 second on maximum time, moving hazard -4.5 second on maximum time(moving hazard can change to fix hazard, and invinsibility does not protect you from fix hazart penalty) each second of driving off-road -2.5 second on maximum time,( driving off the road exception using mushrooms, golden mushroom, thunder cloud, Mega mushroom, starman, bullet bill, the glitch in mushroom gorge after using bosst ramp if you land in the off road part, no slow down will happen so penalty does not count) 4 second in 12 th place -1 second, 6 second in 11th place -1 second, 8 second in 10th place -1 second, 10 seconds in 9th place -1 second.
