How is the Coronavirus Affecting Travel Industry?

Global travel research firm Tourism Economics says the travel industry is feeling the most acute coronavirus pain for three reasons: Official travel restrictions, event cancellations, and risk aversion. The ripple effects from that trifecta are hurting airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, tourist attractions, and other travel businesses.

COVID-19 is affecting the travel industry significantly. Airports qnd trains have shut down in China. Because of the panic over COVID-19, people are laying off travel, which is making for even less customers. Bus and train service in the city near Wuhan of Huanggang, as well as rail service in Ezhou, just south of Huanggang, were also shut down. All of the honeymoons a travel agency had booked to the region of China have been canceled and rebooked for different places.
