If you are trying to get to the blower switch because there is only one speed on the switch which is high, the problem is not the switch. It's the resistor in the blower motor and is ususally accessable in the passenger side floor. At least on my 92 that's where it was. You take out the two bolts, unplug the resistor plug in the new one and the process is done.
