if the recipe states 350 degrees that is what you do, higher would burn it
You should bake your meringue soon as you can after whipping it, otherwise it will deflate and the texture will be all wrong. 2 hours in the fridge is too long, it would deflate.
It should be ready in 40 to 45 minutes... depending on which heat you bake it.
There are several variants such as temperature and stove used, but a rule of thumb is at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, cook the pie about 40-45 minutes or until the crust becomes golden brown and the fruit is bubbly and the bubbles do not burst quickly.

Depends on the frozen item. Some foods like a TV dinner take about 30 minutes while a thicker dish would take longer.
If the pie is an unbaked, frozen pie, preheat the oven to 400 degree fahrenheit. Do not thaw the pie, and place it in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes. Be sure to cut "steam holes" in the pie crust lid.If the pie is a baked, frozen pie, thaw it for about 1 hour, then place it in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes.

Thaw it. Dont ever attempt to cook chicken which is still part frozen as you will end up with a lovely bout of salmonella, or even e-coli.
Fish sticks take about 15 minutes to bake in the oven. If they are frozen, read the time recommended on the package. Homemade ones should be baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
