Ohio law requires you to have insurance on any car you drive. If you have a loan, the loan company will also reqire this.

Only a complete fool would ever drive a car without insurance. The chance of hurting someone and ruining their life and yours is so high compared to the few dollars you spend on insurance. Cut out your internet and TV before you cut your insurance! Hitting a sue happy person, and doing no damage, can still cost you everything you are worth and everything you will make for the next few decades. It is not worth it!
