In Islam, there is arranged marriage. In Buddhism, I am not sure but the traditional ways I believe is also the same because back then, traditional marriage was very common.
There is no official teaching on this in Buddhism, although many liberal Buddhists support it. The fact is that Buddhism focuses on the individual's spirituality and does not consider marriage to be a spiritual issue.
