It didn't take me a long time. I studied for about 2 weeks. I studied... I ordered a bartending e-book/course on line. I wanted to learn how to bartend but the bartending schools were so expensive 500.00- 600.00. My friend recommend bartendingexposed.com so I ordered it for 37.00. I am going to school at FSU so this was perfect for me. I could study in my free time. I learned all the basics, drinks, bar set up, register and more. I am working at a collage bar near where i go to collage making good money now. I would recommend bartendingexposed.com to anyone who wants to learn how to bartend and doe's not want to pay a fortune. I wouldn't be bartending right now without it. Very reasonable.

But honestly you should politely say I ordered a medium rare and have them take it back. Eat it. You don't want to seem high maintenance and ask the waiter to take it back. Plus, well done steak tastes better. But then again, if you were really looking forward to a rare steak, ask the waiter to take it back. As long as you do it nicely.
