Give Yourself a few hours..Its pretty simple to get things apart, but lining up the Cams is Tough and needs to be perfect !! I had to do mine several times before I had it correct. Also change the belt tensioner while your at it...Easy to do and cheap.

its behind the timing belt. first remove the p/s pump and bracket, then the alt. belt. remove the upper and lower timing belt covers. make sure to align crank to top dead center. remove timing belt and you should be able to remove the water pump at that point. use a factory honda/acura water pump. the aftermarket parts ate garbage. make sure not to mess up the timing when reinstalling the t-belt and adjuster assy.

How do you replace the water pump on a 1991 Acura Integra?

Your best bet is go to the local parts store and buy the Haynes Manual. It is an easy process but involves meticulous attention to detail concerning the timing belt and since the water pump is diven from the timing belt, it has to be handled carefully. Keep in mind that you might as well replace the timing belt since your going to be in there anyways. MikeyRiceBurner
