I just replaced the ball joints on my Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 and it took me about 6 hours. I worked on it multiple days after work so it wasn't so bad, but I did need some specialty tools. You of course are going to have to have a ball joint press, so if you don't have one, just get it. It would be impossible to get those things out without one. Secondly the outer hub was really hard, but I just loosened the bolts and stacked sockets and extensions on the bolt and pressed is out with my Power Steering (I had the sockets between the axle housing and the hub bolt). Other than a lot of work it wasn't too bad. You just have to know what you are doing. You will save a ton of money doing it this way too. Make sure and look at your other steering joints while you are in the business of replacing ball joints. I had one tie rod end that was bad too. It really tightened up my steering and tires aren't wearing anymore. I still have to get it aligned. Good luck.
I believe the lower balljoints can be changed , but the upper control arm assembly with the balljoint has to be changed
It usually takes 8-12 weeks to have a pool installed. The best time to get one installed is before spring in summer when the weather gets warm and you want to enjoy your new pool.
You might have a lot of custom content installed. I do, it takes my game about 15 minutes to load.
It depends on how many solar panels you are installing, but only takes around one day to install them. It can be short as few hours or long as a two days.
It usually takes about an hour to install. So about $60-$100 depending on where you live and where you go to get it installed.
Apsolutley not In 2005 ford changed the entire front end Tie rods, balljoints, knuckles, dampeners etc. In the 2005 models the balljoints are very beefy and rarely fail. It would be nice thou because the 1998-2004 model balljoints suck and wear out quickly. Sorry for the bad news. Now you know. Powerstroke57
Transmission shift linkage installed incorrectly or out of adjustment.
