I am a hobbyist and made the exchange of the engines included putting on a new transaxle in 8 hours. But I think they should be able to make it quicker in a workshop if that is why you are asking.

they are generally decent vans but i would recommend getting a ford minivan since the problem with Chrysler vans is that their axles suck.

there should be a engine decal on the radiator shroud it will have the directions on how to install the serpentine belt the engine size should be on this decal
You need to look on your transmission there should be 2 of them I have A 96 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER 3.0 liter and it has 2 on the transmission on it just match up ur sensors not very hard. sorry best i can do.
A "5.0 CAMMER" Ford Motorsports engine, its a Modular engine should work.
Locate the upper radiator hose then follow it back to where it hooks to the engine, Where this hose hooks to the engine is called the thermostat housing. There should be 2 maybe 3 bolts fastening this to the engine.
