You have to take it to concideration body mass index (BMI), age, gender,body fat petcentage,height,the ammount of calories you consume,ect. However i recomend that if you want to loose weight && burn calories throughout the day that you have a well balanced && strict diet, atleast 60 minutes of full on cardio every day and work it some muscle gain excersies to maximize weight loss.
