Here are several answers and opinions from FAQ Farmers: * If it overheated one time, it could have blown a head gasket. * It depends why it overheated. If it's low on coolant, it doesn't take long at all for the head to overheat and warp. That would blow the gaskets fairly quickly. If it overheated by overworking (going up a mountain, etc), but the pump is fine and it's filled with coolant, shutting it off is the worst thing you can do. In that case it's best to pull over to the side and let it idle. That will continue to circulate coolant throughout the system and it will run the electric radiator fans. If you shut it off, all the heat rises and warps the heads.

Sure you can if you want to destroy the engine in the vehicle. I guarantee if it has a blown head gasket you will do some serious damage in 90 miles and possibly totally destroy this engine. I would not drive it 1 mile if it were my vehicle.

OTHER: tailhousing gasket, speedometer gear input seal, shifter housing seal/gasket, and any other mating surface which has a gasket or seal in it depending on particular vehicle.

Very serious! Engine damage will occur if you continue to drive this vehicle. You either have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. Do not drive this vehicle. Repair ASAP. Yaa... that is very bad! You prolly have a blown head gasket. The coolant passes by your heads to cool them, and if the gasket is cracked or broke, then the oil leaks out into the coolant passageway. Sry for the bad news. I doubt the car would be worth it to try and get it fixed... u could price it out.. the labor is wut is gunna get ya!
