The horn is under the left head light .
Under the left kick panel on the drivers side of the car.
If your asking for the 77 model, it's in the floor on the left side, you use your left foot to press it down to turn them on or off.

on the driver side frame rail. above the left rear tire you'll see the line coming from the tank.
If the dimmer control is built into the turn signal lever rather than on the floor, then the switch will be inside the left side of the steering colume.
It should be below the driver's side grille in the turn signal area. A 1976 trans am hood release is under the hood in the grill area that is between the headlights. It is on the drivers side. It is just right(if your facing the car) of the small firebird emblem(unless its been removed). Or, simplified. Its is on the far left of the right grill(on the top underside)
Ii might be the way the brakes was bled. The brakes has to be bled with the car running and in this order: right rear, left front, left rear, right front. The computer wont recognize any other way.
