If your asking for the 77 model, it's in the floor on the left side, you use your left foot to press it down to turn them on or off.
The steering wheel will have to come off and then the top cover on the column has to come off and then you will be able to see how the switch comes out, just a few screws.
The high beam switch is on the reverse of the turn signal switch arm
the inside bulbs are the high beams.
It might be the high/low beam switch. Had to replace one on my '96 when I had only low beams.
Low beam bulb burnt out? Replace bulb. Bulbs OK? If the dimmer switch is also the turn signal/cruise/headlight on and off switch, you probably have to replace the entire switch.
check the fuses then check high/low beam switch
you need to replace the high/low beam switch
Check fuses and high/low beam switch.
It is on the signal light switch. Pulling it toward you will change from High to Low beam lights and vice-versa 7T77T7
Pulling the turn signal switch toward you should switch the lights to the low beams. If that doesn't work, you may have to replace the switch, which means replacing the entire turn signal stalk.
When you operate the bright/dim switch, do the lights ever switch between high and low beam, or are they stuck in the high beam mode? If your headlight switch is like mine, and is part of the turn signal/headlight/dimmer/cruise stalk, you might need to replace it. It's about a $60 part and is a reasonable do it yourself job. Probably the high beam switch in the steering column is bad.
