No Presidents fought in the Spanish-American War, though Theodore Roosevelt later became president. Theodore Roosevelt was a Colonel and he is also the only President to have been awarded the Medal of Honor, though posthumously.

Puerto Rico - Eleven most of which were a skrimish at best.

Cuba - Twenty. Four of which were noteworthy.

Philippines - Four, followed by about 15 years of constant conflict and hostility which is listed under Philippine American War.

Most notable were San Juan Hill, Cuba (part of the siege of Santiago) and Manila Bay, Philippines.
