In 1998, Pakistan had 'at least six secret locations' and since then it is believed Pakistan may have many more such secret sites. Time and again, US agencieis and secret agencies of the world confirmed that Pakistan nuclear program is secure and fully secret.

In addition, Pakistan has responded to India's induction of a nuclear submarine by vowing to build a nuclear submarine of its own. If Pakistan does build a nuclear submarine, this would mean that it will attain a long range delivery platform capable of striking targets anywhere in the world.
