There are two axles bearings on the rear of your Dodge Ram 1500, one for each rear wheel. They would be found at the outside ends of the axle housing.

In order to replace the rear wheel bearing you will need to find the axle shaft bearings and remove them. They are located at the center of the housing where the ring and pinion gears and at the axle end near the wheel mounting position.

They are on the inside, next to the differental bearings. The entire axle has to be dissassembled to replace them.

Assuming you mean the front axle 4WD actuator, it is on the passenger side of the front axle housing.
