Cattle are not plants, they cannot be measured in terms of area, they are measured in terms of weight or mass like kilograms or pounds. And it is impossible to know how many cattle even fit in a hectare without knowing whether they're being finished on grass or in the feedlot. Quite often a feedlot pen can be variable and often is not one hectare in size. And even the number of cattle in a feedlot pen, even if we assume it is covering one full hectare, are not the same as the other pens covering one hectare! Furthermore, a burger is often made of scraps of meat from a number of animals, not just one bovine. No animal will finish the same either, and finished animals like steers are definitely not the only animals used to be put into hamburgers. Cows and bulls of varying sizes are slaughtered for beef. Therefore, this question is impossible to answer since there are far too many variables and irrelevancies in this question to be able to give a straight-forward answer.
