There is noway someone can tell without some mesurements E.G Weight, Height. I should think around 150 - 400 Calories. (Every 1Hour) If you could post back your weight in Pounds, i would happily get a more accurate estimate for you.

it depends mostly on what you do in gymnastics. but personally i tumble and in 2 hours i burn a bunch of calories. im constantly sweating and i can feel it working hard. you burn alot! i recommend gymnastics if you want to lose calories. its right up there with running
