It depends on her height, weight, muscle mass, and activity level. If she is very active, then that's probably a good amount, but it really just depends. Nobody can really say it's too many or too little just by that info alone. Talk to your doctor and find out how many calories you need per day. He/she will let you know.

That is dependent on many factors, but typically no. If you are a healthy, active adult 2000 calories if certainly not "too much."

1200 to 1800 calories a day is usually enough for a simi active woman. The more active you are, the more calories it takes to maintain an normal weight.

The typical person needs 2000 calories a day. So that comes to 1/8th of what someone normally needs. For a meal, that is pretty low, for a snack, fairly high.
