Yes. You might burn 64 calories per hour just sitting.
Depends on how fast you type and how much you type. Probably only a few like five or so. It you type long enough maybe more.IDK.
Scientists say the average 35 year old female will burn 46 calories an hour sitting at a desk, whereas the same female would burn 50 calories per hour sleeping. The numbers vary depending on your sex, weight, age, height and metabolic rate. But the numbers are fairly similar. Hope this helps.
3 to 4 calories per hour, if you're not just sitting there.
You burn 900 calories an hour jogging, but by jogging at all you are raising your metabolism which will help you burn calories more rapidly while doing anything else (i.e. sitting)
Standing up can burn 115 calories per hour while sitting down can burn 75 calories per hour. If someone is spending hours sitting down while using a computer, a computer stand may come in handy for burning calories. If someone spends five hours on a computer, 375 calories are burned sitting down. However, standing up while spending time on a computer can burn 575 calories! Every calorie counts, and this simple trick makes losing weight much easier.
Yes the longer and harder you play the more calories you'll burn. You burn about 15 calories an hour just sitting, so if your running around a court swatting a ball you probably burn somewhere around 600 calories an hour plus it builds up your metabolism which means you'll burn more calories sitting or sleeping. So YES you will lose weight playing tennis.
You don't burn much, but certainly about a good 20 to 50 calories.
10 calories an hour, sugar free gum.
it depends how much you weigh.
no you cannot it does not involve any form of muscle tear and repair process because its too simple and its not vigorous enough. Umm....yes you do burn calories rocking in a chair, you burn calories just sitting in a chair, and in a rocking chair you are moving and I have read that you can burn up to 150 calories an hour.....you also burn more calories standing as apposed to sitting and I dont think standing involves muscle tear and repair.....hope this helps
110- just 30 more than an hour of just sleeping.
