Depends on make and model. On the Kenworth T660, for example, you have two at the hood hinges, two at the tie rod ends, two upper and two lower kingpins, two on the pitman arm, two on the drag link, Power Steering box, two on the steering column u-joints, either two or three on the transmission (depending on model year), one on the clutch linkage, I believe seven on the driveshafts, plus six S-cam housings, and six slack adjusters.

Volvo seals their driveshafts and a lot of other things which Kenworth and other manufacturers don't, so they have a substantially lower number of grease zerks on their trucks.
