If you were to consume only 450 calories per day, you would essentially be fasting. It would likely be a mistake to attempt any excessive activity, even after only one day of such a diet. There is nothing wrong with fasting, provided you are in good general health, provided you do keep hydrated. If, however you have a medical condition such as Diabetes, do not attempt to fast before discussing this plan with your doctor.
by doing exercise and dieting.
10 kilos is 22 pounds. It is possible to lose 10 kilos in a month, by an extreme diet change and increased exercise plan.
Exercise, eat healthier food (60 kilos is actually not that obese, however)
It is safe to lose .90 kilos in a week. The best way to do that is to exercise and watch what you eat.
alot... alot...
Whatever you like from fruits, vegetables, or any stuff.
146 Kilos is 21.10 stone.Google can do these calculations for you. If you type into google 146 Kilos in Stone it will come up with the answer. You can do the same with grams, ounces, whatever.
exercise, do alot of cardio
1kg= 7700 calories 0.1kg= 770 calories 1 pound = 3500 calories (22 pounds = 1kg)
That depends on the density of whatever you are measuring. 120 kilos of feathers would take up a lot of room; 120 kilos of lead not so much. I suppose I should mention that I'm assuming you meant kilograms when you said kilos, as many people do. Kilo-quarts or kiloliters would make it a more interesting question.
If you're 50 kilos there isn't much need for you to lose weight.You're already at the lower bound of the healthy weight for your height. (48 to 60kg)However, if you really are wanting to shed those last 2 kilos:1200kcals a day is the likely calories burned each day by this person, if they sleep all night and sit in chairs all day.For each mile walked, there would be around a further 60kcalories burned.So, to lose weight, eat just a little less than 1200 kcalories a day, and get at total of least a twenty minutes of walking a day, even done just a few minutes here, and a few minutes there.
Five kilos in a month is steep but borderline doable within health recommendations depending on what weight you start with. The way there is the usual, eat fewer calories than you use up. Give up fatty stuff, sugary stuff and alcohol. Get plenty of exercise.
