Well the number of people in a tribe can vary from around 50 to a couple of thousand. Also it depends on which country the tribe live in because the facilities may not be good so a smaller tribe may have to live there.

At the time of first contact with Europeans, native American tribes in North America varied from a few hundred to many thousands of people. It was extremely rare for an entire tribe to meet together, tribes were generally split into small hunting bands to make the most of Natural Resources (including food).
