No US presidents have been removed via the impeachment process. One, Nixon, resigned when impeachment procedures were being initiated in the House. Eight presidents have died in office.

Richard Nixon resigned while the Hose was going through the impeachment process following the Watergate scandal. So the answer would been none.

No president to date has been removed from office via the impeachment process. Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson were impeached by the House. Neither one was convicted by the Senate. You might say that the threat of being impeached and convicted caused Richard Nixon to resign and leave office, but technically he left office voluntarily.
