There is no such thing as a "purely" Muslim country. Every country has at least one non-Muslim. The following is a list of non-Arab countries with over 90% Muslim population:

(>99%) Mauritania, Maldives, Somalia

(99-98%) Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Comoros, Djibouti

(97-96%) Pakistan

(95%) Tajikistan

(94%) Senegal

(94-93%) Azerbaijan

(90%) Mali, Niger, Gambia

That makes for a total of 15 "pure" non-Arab countries.
