It's until column XFD (16384) and row 1048576 on Excel 2007. You can check it out easily by pressing ctrl+right arrow and then ctrl+down arrow.

But we now that There is 65536 rows and 256 columns in one excel sheet.

65,536 in versions up to MS Excel 2003. Excel 2007 and beyond has 1,048,576 rows.

The standard amount of rows in an Excel spreadsheet is 65,536 up until the 2003 version. Version 2011 allows you to scroll yourself to the last row of 1048576.
