We purchase our tri tip steaks at Costco.. approx $24 per package (sorry, not sure on the lbs). We have fed approx 8 people per package easily and each has a nice size piece of steak... so, we have done 20 packages of these tri tips on the bbq (3 bbq's for a wedding) but also had salmon and smoked chicken..
