If you weigh 250 lbs. then you should be eating between 25 to 30 points worth of food. Use your points wisely. You can eat more foods with lower points but make sure that they are healthy foods and not junk. Celery with a teaspoon of peanut butter is a good snack to have. Low-fat yogurt made by Light and Fit is good too; low in calories, no trans fat and low in carbs. Good luck with your weight loss.
I think 20 points per day.
38 on the new pro points system
It depends if you are active or not. You should probably go on the Weight Watcher's Points Plus Program. I am 14 and was the same weight as you but lost 30 pounds in 5 months with weight watchers points plus. I am still on it but honestly, it helped me so much. I believe it is the easiest diet out there. Just two very important rules to follow: 1) Just because you have the freedom to eat anything you should not eat unhealthy things. Weight Watchers must be combined with healthy foods and maybe once a week something a little unhealthy. 2) Just because you are on a diet does not mean you will loose weight. The most important part of this whole diet is Exercise. You must get in at leas 45 minutes 4 times a week for starters. It is very important to do that! Get Motivated and I can bet you will see some honest life changing results because at our young ages, we shouldn't have to suffer from obesity. I have the perfect life and the only thing that was holding me back from enjoying it was myself
You can go to the one that has been recognized as the best all around. That is Weight Watchers. They emphasize sensible eating, lots of exercise, multivitamins and no more that 1-2 pound weight loss each wee.
It should be right about a pound, maybe a pound and a half depending on what kind of game it is and how its package.
