According to the Paris Peace Treaties of 1947, Italy agreed to pay reparations of about $360 million US dollars. The payments were divided as follows :$125 million to Yugoslavia, $105 million to Greece, $100 million to the Soviet Union, $25 million to Ethiopia, and $5 million to Albania.

There's a misunderstanding here. In World War 1 Italy fought on the Allied side from 1915-18 and was rewarded with some territory from Austria-Hungary (South Tirol, Trieste and sections of the Dalamatian coast). This fell short of what Italy had expected.
