Check the sticker in the driver's door jam area. It will have all that information.
Axle, 850lbs. Wheels are 2000lbs each. Just from what I've read.
There are three, one at the top of the rear axle, and one at each front wheel bearing.
The fuel pump relay fuse is located under the hood in the fuse box on a 2003 Chevy 2500 HD 6.0. There is a printout on the cover of the fuse box that tells you what each fuse powers.

There are 3 on each side. 2 in front of axle are visible in brackets off frame rail. Last one is between axle and rear bumper in frame (look up through hole to find it).
Both systems have one on the top of the rear axle. The four wheel ABS system also has one at each front wheel bearing.
i have a 89 Chevy 2500 with a 350 TBI and the o2 sensor is on the driver side exaust header where the 4 pipes run into 1 from there follow the wire to its harness/connection- i don't believe it has the original passenger exaust header so i am unsure if it comes with an o2 sensor on each side?? happy hunting :)

On the rear of the bars, there is a bolt on each side coming down through the cross member. Tightening these two bolts will lift the front end.
