Today is 8/13/10 (My Car:2004 Honda accord v6 manual Coupe) I just got my clutch master cylinder replaced, The part run roughly around $70 to $100. The labor fee varies, But everything together out the door cost me $230 that's including labor. Its really not that bad but for a student that needs to buy books and etc ITS SUPER BAD.

Hello,Here is a simple walk-through on replacing the master cylinder on a '90 CRX:Disconnect the negative battery cable and disable the SRS system (if equipped.) At the top of the clutch pedal, remove the cotter pin and pull the pedal pin out of the yoke.Remove the nuts and bolts holding the clutch master cylinder and remove the cylinder from the engine compartment.Disconnect and plug the hydraulic lines from the master cylinder.Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system.
The slave clutch cylinder on a 1994 Honda Civic is located inside the engine compartment. On the driver-side close the firewall. The clutch fluid should be drained. Remove the mounting bolts and clutch lines to replace the slave clutch cylinder.
If the Master Cylinder is defective then replace it.
