2 reasons: 1. There is no fluid in your master cylinder due to a leaking master cylinder or slave cylinder or 2. You blew your clutch

A master cylinder from a 1992 Honda Accord will fit on a 1995 model. Although the years are different the model is still from the same generation offering part interchangeability.
If the Master Cylinder is defective then replace it.

Its not your transmission fluid. If you have a clutch it is probably going bad. You can check your clutch master cylinder fluid in the engine compartment. It is just like your brake master cylinder. Chiltons has repair manuals at the library I think. Or the manual in your car should show you where it is.

You bleed the clutch at the slave cylinder located near the transmission close to the radiator up front.
If there is a hydraulic master cylinder at the clutch lever (looks like the front brake) then...NO.
Check your clutch slave cylinder fluid level it looks like a mini brake fluid bottle
