About $0.02 to $1.87 In terms if Calories, a gram is 9 Cal In terms of weight, a paperclip (normal sized, not jumbo) weighs about a gram In terms of volume, it depends on the type of fat, it's common state, and it's density. I would guess (since oil is less dense than water) that a gram of fat (oil) would be more than one gram (one mililiter) of water. Yes. It's true 9 calories is 1 gram of fat. I think everyone would also like to know that 1 pound of fat has 3,500 calories. It's takes running 1.5 miles at 6 miles an hour just to burn 250 calories. 20 cruches only burns 9 calories...Which is 1 gram of fat. Oh yeah. One more thing. Like i said before 1 and a half miles of running 6 miles and hour does burn 250 calories. And that means at 6 miles an hour, you have to run 19.5 miles to burn off 1 pound of fat, but if your running every day dont EVER run more them 6 or 7 miles a day because that's all your body can handle before you start losing muscle from it and. Please make you take calcium if your going to do any type of running. Realistically, you should start off doing 1.5 miles 3 days a week with a day of rest in between each run. 2 weeks later switch to 2 miles, then every 2 weeks later increase to an extra half mile until your at 3 miles. Them start only increasing mondays until it's at 6 miles and stay at 6 for mon, optional-tues 2, wed 3,optional-thurs 2, and fri 3. Sat and Sun off. Running does wonders for weight loss
