It is only worth what a circulated Kennedy half dollar (because it has been damaged) of that date is worth, there is no extra value. If its dated 1964 it is 90% silver and worth about $8 in scrap silver. If it is dated 1965-1970 it is 40% silver and its worth about $3.25 in scrap silver. If it is dated 1971-present it is just worth 50 cents, nothing more.
