Look in the Toyota Nation Camry forum. I have not looked at the newer Camry oil filter arrangement, but I think that this year uses a cartridge instead of a spin on filter. My 1967 Toyota Corona use a similar arrangement. What goes around comes around.
The fuel line goes underneath the car along of the left side of the frame.
You don't, it's either broken or not there is no in between. Unless you are very lucky and the belt will slip one tooth without braking. You will notice that because the engine timing will change.
The freon should be R12, Which requires a license to buy these days and is very expensive. You can buy a kit to convert it to R134 freon, You should check with your local auto parts store for prices
