it takes 5 quarts
The term PreRunner was used to describe a truck used to run the desert race course prior to the actual race. The truck was used to look at the track at a slower speed and see where obstacles were located, thus the term PreRunner. The PreRunner was developed in conjunction with Toyota Motorsport's successful desert racing truck program. Much of the suspension tuning and development work was done with the assistance of Toyota-driver Ivan "The Ironman" Stewart. The PreRunner is basically a Toyota Tacoma made to look like a 4WD when in reality it is a 2WD.
For the 5VZ-FE Engine, 2WD except PreRunner- it's 5.7 quarts with Filter and 5.4 quarts without Filter. Then for the 4WD and PreRunner- it's 5.5 quarts with Filter and 5.2 quarts without Filter.
18 gallons on a 4WD & PreRunner. 15.1 gallons on a 2 WD. You will never get that much in unless you drained the tank and fuel lines.
Depends how big the oil pan is on the engine. The best thing to do is check you owners manual or get a workshop manual. I have a 2003 tacoma prerunner 2.7 liter with and it takes 5.7 qts.
The 2004 Mazda 6 4cylinder has 160HP
it will fit... minor alterations (toyota engines work too), but you're much better off finding another z24 or rebuilding your old one.
"Yes, the Toyota Tacoma 4x4 is one of the highest rated trucks today. This truck is great for many different uses and owners say how much they love this trucks."
It's not recommended to use overdrive on a constant base. It stresses too much the engine as well as transmission.
1-2 hours for labor + parts + alignment (not always needed but recommended after such repair).
When you do a oil change on a 1986 Toyota Tercel it holds 4.5 quarts of oil. As recommended in the owners manual always double check your dipstick after changing the oil and putting in new oil.
I average about 23 miles a gallon in the city and got as much as 28 miles a gallon on the freeway.
If you have a 4cylinder not alot. But if you have a 6 then you can cry the blues like me. A least $1300 dollars.
