There's tax too. You pay the sales tax for your state. then there's dealer fees, and registration.
At my dealership in FL, we have 6 percent sales tax, 600 dollar dealer fees, and 100 dollar title transfer or 200 dollar new registration.

You only get a replacement title usually when there is a change in ownership, then it will be mailed, if no change you just get a new registration
