the heater motor is under the dash just in front of the passenger down buy his feet easy to get at and replace .there is a plastic cover over it .
To replace the heater blower motor: First unplug the wire connectors. Then remove the screws and the motor will pull out. Reverse the process to reinstall the blower motor.
check for a blown fuse that says heater or blower motor
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1980 Chevy Camaro heater blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.

Replace the resister, if that doesn't work replace the blower motor.

have you checked the fuse if so then you will need to replace the resistor for the blower hig and low dettings have you checked the fuse do you have 12 volts to blower if so then you will need to replace the resistor for the blower replace the blower motor
The blower motor resister for an Acura Legend drops the voltage to the blower motor. This is what allows the motor to run slower for the medium and low settings.
