Well, In a healthy manner you just need to exercise and DO NOT STARVE yourself, it is not good for your health in the future, though fasting (not eating but drinking plenty of fluids and sometimes eating one meal) for one or two days every month or two can help you, but the fastest way and healthiest way to lose weight depends on your weight, height and age, look up calorie king and put in your info (height, age, weight) and it will tell you how many calories you can or have to eat in a day, it has helped me a lot, and I am a teenager, i have lost 30 lbs in 3 months and kept it off for the last 7 months, but just keep track of the food you eat and how healthy it is. You also need to eat at the same time everyday even if it is a snack just eat then so your body can get used to it. It may take time but being 13 it is critical to watch your weight because the fat cells you have you will have the rest of your life even if you lose weight when you get older the same fat cells will just shrink and get larger.

Just get out and DO something. At 13 you're still at the point that you don't need to diet or do anything special other than just eat a healthy diet and do 13 year old things. (No, not video games.)

Join in some sports activities, ride a bicycle, run, climb hills or mountains; do anything that's fun and challenging.

But at the same time you do need to eat healthy. Avoid anything fried and any processed food that has any kind of sugar or starch in the first three ingredients. (read the labels) Eat fresh or fresh cooked fruits and vegetables and reasonable portions of fish, lean meats and chicken (without the skins). Meats should be grilled (so that the fats can drip off) or broiled on a rack that allows fats to drip off.

At your age you don't need to count calories, join a weight loss club or do anything drastic.

Go play Basketball or get involved in school activities.

that is very unhealthy. but if your going to try anyways probably the safest way is to eat only raw vegetables, nuts and water. eat very small meals about every two hours and try to be as active as possible. don't just do one long workout, try to do multiple workouts throughout the day, keep moving literally all the time for the whole week. also make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day. get a solid 8 hours of sleep each night.
