Manufacturers of oil products suggest every 3000 miles. I have been changing ny oil once every 5000 miles for years. No more, no less. I also suggest using Lucas Oil Stabilizer. It is by far the best petroleum product on the market. Just add it to your oil at every change and you will get slightly better mileage and your motor will last a whole lot longer.
