On all Honda Accords that use a cam belt driven water pump it should be replaced at the same time you replace the cam belt. On 2003-up 4 cylinder Accords that do not have a cam belt you would replace it when starts leaking. It may last the life of the engine and then again it may fail at any time after around 100,000 miles. If you neglect changing your coolant it will fail sooner than later.
