I believe you have to be 16 to leave home in the UK. At 16 you are no longer considered a dependent and can rightfully move away from home. If it is voluntary, in most circumstances you can leave home without the consent of your parents or anyone with parental responsibility when you are 16, as long as you have evidence that you will be able to financially support yourself and will not be in danger.
In th UK It isn't illegal for an 18 yr 0old to date a 15 yr old . The only illegal thing was if you were having sexual intercourse as you need to be 16 in the UK.If you ae still unsure you can check your situation onn the laws of the UK online.
16 as long as you have a safe place to stay and don't hang with the wrong crowd and get into trouble. If there are any signs you are not living a good life they can force you to move back home.
US: They can report you as a runaway and the police will look for you and take you home. Anyone helping you will be charged for aiding a runaway. UK: In the UK you can legally move out at 16 without parental consent, as long as you are in a good environment, goes to school, work etc. If you do not they can force you back home with a court order and help by the police. You are still a minor in the eyes of the law.

See the jamaican high commission website on www.jhcuk.org. All the information is available there for you. You will still need to keep the old passport as that will have your indefinite leave to remain in the UK, unless you wish to pay to have the stamp transferred to your new Jamaican Passport by the Home Office in UK. Otherwise travel with both.

At 16 a child can legally leave home (in the UK) therefore a 16 year old can be left for as long as possible, this obviously may differ in other countries, but i am sure its not much different.
