Parkour is extremely cardiovascularly taxing exercise/hobby. It's very important to start with a running/plyometric (focusing on lower and upper body strength) conditioning circuits.
A good way is to start working out. You have to be pretty fit to do Parkour since it involves a lot of physical work. Its like urban gymnastics. You shouldn't try to do it yourself either since you can get seriously hurt. You should search for places around you that teach Parkour which can easily be done with Google or something. well it all depends on whether u perfer freerunning or parkuor.(theyre different but simsilar) if you just need basics however u should start by mastering the 6 basic vualts. there are tutorials 4 these on youtube and other places. once that's done move on to wall jumping and training. youll need alot of strength, speed, and stamina 4 parkour. any kind of basic training works! then start moving from place 2 place using parkour. you could even try a few basic tricks if u wanted but tricks are not considered parkour! hope this helped!!
