It really depends how crisp you like them.

- Normally you could store in the fridge but if you want them really crispy, you should put them in the fridge in a container of water. Note: Change the water every 3-4 days. They can stay in the fridge for around 2 weeks.

You chop them up into bite size pieces. Then you put the carrots in a bag and suck all of the air out of the bag. You now have preserved carrots.
