I certainly do not have the figures at hand, but I can sure tell you something about how the government of Ghana is able to meet the needs of its people. In the first place, the people of Ghana are mostly self reliant. As such, they are able to earn money from their own small businesses and jobs to support themselves and even the government.
Another issue to consider is the fact that Ghana is the second largest producer of cocoa in the world and the second largest gold miner in Africa. This together brings in hard currency.
Furthermore, with imports and exports activities on the rise, the government rakes in huge amounts of revenue to support its programs.
Besides these however, some western and Arab countries do offer some help in various ways, such as in the building of schools, hospitals, dams and places of worship for Christians and Muslims alike.
I hope this would give you a gist of how the government of Ghana satisfies the needs of its people. You could also visit the official website to find detailed information on how this great country supports its programs and much more.
Thank you very much.
