WHAT YEAR???????? They all the same . Pop the hood or remove the dog house cover from inside the van. Pop the latches on the driver and passenger side inside van. remove any screwws from floor if equiped. Re-install is the reverse
On the new V6 Pentastar it is located on the TOP left side of the engine. There is an access port in the engine cover that is clearly marked.
Inside the engine. The oil pan must be removed to access the pump.

I have an 87 dodge mini ram van aotomatic. Front wheel drive. If you were to crawl under the front of the van (center of the radiator. it's located hanging on the side of the tranny.
Top rear of engine bock. You have to remove the "dog house" to access.
The power steering pump is on the lower passenger side of engine, between the engine and the firewall. It is quite simple to access and service.
A Dodge Stratus does not have an access panel. The tank needs removed to access the pump.
The 2.5 Dodge is a non interference engine
At minimum, removing the engine mounts is required to access the freeze plugs.
