The timing is computer controlled, there is no adjustments.
I know this is a little late, but timing could be off because the timing belt is not properly aligned. If the timing belt is installed incorrectly the timing will never be right.

it would be a 5 by 6 belt for a magnum for a Lexus you would need a 3 by 7

Answer is No, I just tried having a 92 and 93 ls 400. Plugs are different and dash config is different.
