You don't. The part (if it contains air) has to be replaced. If it's new.. it doesn't need bleeding.
bleed clutch Saturn vue 2003
how do you bleed a cluch on a 92 Saturn sl
From what I have heard you cannot bleed the clutch in a Saturn because it is all one peice. this was form a Saturn mechanic. hope it helps.
FOR ME THERE IS NO WAY TO BLEED A CLUTCH ON A SATURN BUT IF YOU REPALCE ONE PART SOMETIME ITS POSSIBLE. 20 % CHANCE .THE ONLY WAY ITS TO REPLACE THE SLAVE AND THE CYLINDER AS A SEALED KIT
unfortunately Saturn went out on a limb to produce easy swappable parts in their cars. the clutch hydraulic system can not be bleed. it was intended on being replaced as an entire unit, filled with fluid and bleed at the factory. I've made many trips the salvage yards to obtain a entire assembly.
The SC uses an hydrolic setup, therefore there are no adjustments. However, some of the slave cylinders come without a bleeder screw, thus making difficult to bleed. The solution is to disconnect the connection line to the slave cylinder and pressure bleed the system, in addition, be sure to bleed the master first.
fill the clutch resivoir pump the clutch pedal open the bleeder screw and tighten it back up and repeat until the air is out and just fluid comes out
The clutch hydraulic unit cannot be bled properly It should be replaced as a unit You can try (with) an adapter to put vacuum on the reservoir but it most likely won't work The Saturn manual says it cannot be bled and must be replaced as a unit.
Try this site. It helped me: http://www.miata.net/garage/mastercyl.html
there dry clutch's, run a cable. no fluid. .:. you can't bleed it. :)
Whenever you are having a problem with the clutch disengaging the engine from the transmission it is advisable to bleed the clutch slave cylinder. If the clutch can't be operated by bleeding the slave cylinder then the clutch master cylinder is gone and should be replaced.
